Rutherford Works is a division of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce dedicated to overseeing workforce opportunities in the area. They serve as head of the Economic Development (ECD) and Workforce Development (WFD) departments of the chamber which help businesses begin and grow here in Rutherford County. Their mission is to create a strong, diverse economy in the 21st century by preparing the workforce while increasing business attraction and retention of employees.

Challenge

After having enjoyed working with us under the Chamber of Commerce, members of the Rutherford Works division came to us for their own projects. They were in need of print materials for conference events and for businesses looking to attract employees to Rutherford County.

Solution

Print – One of our first projects with Rutherford Works was providing an informational one sheet for businesses to hand out to prospective employees that were considering moving to the area. This one sheet included benefits of Rutherford County, such as the restaurants, shopping opportunities, recreational activities, and more. Other projects for them included booklets for conferences, a banner, and occasional one sheets to either showcase Rutherford County or quickly present an idea to whomever they needed to inform.

Conclusion

With the help of our print materials, Rutherford Works has been well prepped for conferences and for providing materials to businesses to attract workers to the Rutherford County area. They have even helped our own business by attending our ribbon cutting ceremony in 2016 in celebration of our new location. Since then, we have continued to provide print materials for any need they’ve had and will continue to do so in the future.
